Mr. Howard Nash is currently the President, Northstar Network Ltd.
Howard Nash has twenty-six years of management/engineering experience working for a major Canadian Telecommunications Company. Most of his career was spent in the Data Communications Engineering Department where he was responsible for design, standardization, budgeting, procurement, quality control, installation and support of many high profile programs. His last role was that of Project Manager, where he supervised such projects as Fiber Optics Installations, Internet Service Provisioning, I.S.D.N., Mega/MTE Installations, DMS and Offshore Satellite Systems Installations.
Mr. Nash was Northstar's Project Manager for the production of Fire Control Consoles for the Victoria Class Submarines. This was a three million dollar contract with Lockheed Martin, Manassas, Virginia. As Project Manager Mr. Nash was responsible for all aspects of budgeting, hiring, leasing space, setting up offices, marshalling equipment and supervising the manufacture and acceptance testing of the consoles. He is a current member in good standing with PMI, AFCEA and IEEE.
