Howard Pinsley has spent his entire career 1992 Executive Officer with the Company. He served as Program and Chairman of Director prior to being elected Vice President the Board -Special Power Supplies on April 3, 1992. On December 6, 1996, Mr. Pinsley was elected to the position of Executive Vice President. On June 9,1998 he was elected to the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer. Subsequently he became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. |
