Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Chang was an Analyst at Lazard's Financial Advisory Group in Asia. He was involved in M&A and restructuring assignments of companies in various industries including automotive parts, electronics and electronic components, financial services, food & beverage, heavy industries and utilities.
