Hubert M. Reid joined OAOT in December 2006 as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is a key member of the Executive Management Team and has overall responsibility for the financial and accounting matters related to the business. He has over 25 years experience in financial management.
Prior to joining OAOT, he previously served as SVP and CFO of OAO Corporation, the former parent of OAOT, where his team provided tax, contract administration, government finance, planning, accounting and reporting, human resources, and cost estimating services.
When Lockheed Martin acquired OAO in 2001, Hubert served as Vice President, Acquisition and Transition, at Lockheed Martin Information Technology (LMIT) where he led selected merger and acquisition activities for LMIT. Prior to OAO, Hubert was with Deloitte & Touche in a variety of increasingly responsible positions including Senior Audit Manager and Senior Tax Manager, where he gained extensive experience serving a broad spectrum of healthcare, government contracting, and high technology companies.
Hubert earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Howard University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has served on the board of directors of numerous professional associations and corporate firms. |
