Hunter White is a Partner in the Business Transactions Section, and his practice includes a broad spectrum of business, oil and gas and commercial transactions, including: (i) asset and stock sales; (ii) formation and structuring of partnerships, limited liability companies and other joint ventures and strategic alliances; (iii) service agreements and vendor contracts; (iv) various agreements and transactions related to oil and gas activities, including the purchase and sale of oil and gas properties, and negotiating drilling contracts, operating agreements, master service agreements and commodity sales agreements; (v) commercial sales transactions; and (vi) general corporate, business and real estate transactions.
