Before joining Sierra Atlantic, Hwa-Pyng Tzeng was the Director of Network Management for Verizon Data Service, responsible for system and solution development. He developed and managed several large-scale network management solutions.
He has over 18 years of IT development and management experience. Before joining Verizon Laboratories (formally GTE Labs), he worked for several software development companies, including Peritus Software Services, Bull Information Systems and Parametric Technology.
He received his B.S. degree from National Taiwan University and his M.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. |
