Hydee R. Feldstein is a partner in the Firm s General Practice Group. She regularly represents investment banks, financial institutions, funds and other lenders in the areas of strategic, corporate and commercial finance, creditors rights, workouts and bankruptcies. Ms. Feldstein also has substantial expertise in representing borrowers as well as lenders in structuring and documenting senior secured, second lien, unsecured and subordinated financings, and bridge loans in connection with strategic corporate transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, recapitalizations, private placements, restructurings and debtor in possession and exit facilities. Ms. Feldstein also regularly advises clients on corporate governance and fiduciary issues in insolvency-related restructurings. Ms. Feldstein is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.
