Dr. Zucker has over 12 years experience as a practicing internal medical physician and is board certified in internal medicine with a master�s degree in Human Nutrition. Dr. Zucker is a diplomat of the American Academy of Managed Care Physicians and the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physician�s, Inc.
Dr. Zucker joined the Company in 1999 as its Medical Director after having served in a similar capacity for a large multi-physician center in West Palm Beach, Florida since 1994.
Some notable contributions have been his design and implementation of the Partners In Quality (PIQ) Program, a novel doctor-friendly reimbursement plan based on quality. He continues to be involved in the development of the Disease Management Program, which is aimed at reducing the costs of high-risk patients.
Dr. Zucker completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York and Graduated from New York Medical College |
