Mr. Bourne retired from TranAlta Corporation in December 2006. He was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TransAlta Corporation (electricity generation and marketing) from 1998 to 2005. He was also President of TransAlta Power LP from 1998 to 2006. |
