Ian Cutts, a founder of Juvent, is the President and has 25 years experience of international health care business management, sales and marketing. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Clinical Therapies for Smith & Nephew, Inc, until moving to Juvent in April 2005. During his time with Smith & Nephew, he was General Manager of the Surgical Business of Smith & Nephew in the UK and prior to that held a number of international positions within Smith & Nephew Medical Division. This time was spent in international marketing and sales to the group companies. Mr. Cutts has extensive experience when it comes to increasing profitability and overall team performance in small to medium businesses. In addition to generating marketing activity to enable sales growth, he has undertaken in-market global sales opportunity analysis for Clinical Therapies products in over 30 countries. Mr. Cutts has also participated in a full spectrum product category management strategy in high technology medical devices. Prior to joining Smith & Nephew he worked for Johnson & Johnson as an orthopaedic sales specialist in the UK. He holds a masters degree in marketing from the University of Lincoln, UK. |
