Mr. Berg was elected to the Company's Board of Directors on February 19, 2003. He is a Managing Director of the Eastern Technology Fund, a venture fund, which he established in March 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Berg was the founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Copelco Financial Services Group from October 1972 to July 1999. Mr. Berg is a director of a number of private companies, and a number of non-profit organizations. |
