Prior to joining Vistula Communications, Mr. Cope served as Chief Technology Officer at DSLi Corporation, where he was responsible for the complete operations of a facilities-based competitive local exchange carrier providing a full range of voice and data services using both traditional circuit switched infrastructure and IP Centrex. Prior to DSLi, Mr. Cope was a consultant to major internet service providers and incumbent local exchange carriers on broadband access solutions, providing technical direction on the planning and implementation of initiatives. Previously, Mr. Cope was the vice president of engineering for NX Networks, Inc. Mr. Cope has over thirty years experience in the global telecommunications industry. |
