Ian A. Russ serves as a Vice President in the Chicago regional office of NorthMarq Capital, Inc. Since he joined NorthMarq in May 2004, Mr. Russ has been directly involved in the placement of $250 million of real estate capital for commercial properties totaling in excess of 5 million square feet. Mr. Russ's professional expertise involves structuring first mortgages, mezzanine debt, bridge loans and equity joint venture partnerships for all commercial property types including apartment buildings, new-construction condominiums, retail centers, industrial buildings, office buildings, medical office facilities and raw land. His experience includes successfully closed transactions with providers of capital representing both domestic and international institutional and private sources. These sources encompass life insurance companies, pension funds, CMBS lenders, banks, REITs and wealthy individuals. Prior to moving into production Mr. Russ was a Senior Investment Analyst with NorthMarq. Mr. Russ graduated with honors from Loyola University Chicago with majors in international relations and international business. |
