Mr. Stolbov is an expert in the creation of e-business and advanced software systems. He has overseen software development initiatives for some of the world�s leading technology, communications and financial services companies. Mr. Stolbov has conducted system architecture and programming activities at PWI�s Development Center since 1993. Mr. Stolbov earned his Masters degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University in 1992. |
