J. Ike Epley is the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to his role at Wellogix, Ike most recently was the CEO of OneOffshore where he was brought in to lead the turnaround and successful sale of the company.
Prior to his role at OneOffshore, Ike was a founder and VP of Corporate Development of eNersection.com, Inc., which was merged with Wellbid to form Wellogix. Ike was formerly a Managing Director and co-founder of Omni Ventures, LLC, a venture capital and investment banking firm specializing in the oil and gas services, electronic commerce and aviation industries. As a partner at Omni Ventures, Ike was also a Founder and Secretary of PhyNet Holdings Co., an electronic commerce business for physicians, which was sold to Infocure Corp. (INCX, Nasdaq) in 1999. He was also co-partner in charge of two oil and gas service company investments, TechLog Services, LLC, which was sold to Superior Energy Services, Inc. (SPN, NYSE) and Target Well Services, LLC. Prior to founding Omni, Ike was a Vice President with Alex Brown and Sons. |
