Inga Lintvedt Inga advises several municipalities and redevelopment agencies and serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Pinole. Her municipal law practice includes various land use and zoning regulations including the Subdivision Map Act, as well as conflicts of interest, code enforcement, formation and tax-exemption of nonprofit corporations, the Public Records Act, and the Ralph M. Brown Act. Her redevelopment practice includes the development and implementation of affordable housing along with the financing, acquisition, and development of redevelopment projects.Inga graduated from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in 2004. As part of the environmental law and local government clinics, Inga worked in the Environmental Division of the United States Department of Justice as well as San Francisco City Attorney's office. She also served as Publications Editor of the West Northwest Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. Inga graduated cum laude from Willamette University in 2001, where she received departmental honors in politics and was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa.Inga is a member of the public law and real property sections of the California Bar Association. |
