Irving Kagan, a director of the Company since July 2006, has been engaged in the practice of law since 1958. He has served as general counsel with several public and private companies, most notably as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of The Hertz Corporation for the latter 14 years of his tenure at the company, which spanned 1968 to 1986, and later as Senior Vice President, Secretary, General Counsel and member of the board of GAF Corporation from 1986 to 1993. Prior to his work in the private sector, Mr. Kagan held senior positions with the U.S. Department of Justice in the Antitrust Division. Since 2001, Mr. Kagan has been in private practice in New York City. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York County Lawyers' Association. Mr. Kagan received his LLB degree from New York University School of Law. |
