Isaac Selim Sutton. Mr. Sutton has been a member of our Board of Directors since April 2004. He holds a degree in economics from Unversidade de S�o Paulo USP. Mr. Sutton is also an officer for Grupo Safra since 1994 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of other Brazilian companies such as Aracruz, Telemig, Celma and Gevisa. Mr. Sutton was also a member of our Fiscal Committee and the Fiscal Committee of Tele Nordeste Celular.
