Isaac Fattal has been active in various management related activities over the past twenty years. During the past approximately ten years, Mr. Fattal was active as an entrepreneur and held management positions in the semiconductor and computer peripheral distribution industries. Mr. Fattal served as the President of Krystaltech Semiconductors Inc., which Mr. Fattal co-founded, and prior to that Mr. Fattal was a senior executive and the General Manager of the Krystaltech International Group, a $300 million distribution, trading and investment company.
In 1994, Mr. Fattal became a co-founder and the CEO of Krystal Holographics Inc., which ended as a successful eight figure sale to Dupont from a seed six figure investment amount. Prior experience includes executive positions such as VP of Finance, Executive Vice President, and Directorships at various private companies. More recently, Mr. Fattal has become increasing involved in KoolConnect Technologies Inc., a company co-founded by family members. Mr. Fattal holds an MBA, in Finance; a BA in Economics and Accounting; as well as a C.P.A degree. |
