With over 26 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, treasury and legal management, Israel "Eli" Ofer serves as TTI Telecom�s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Mr. Ofer directs all financial operations overseeing day-to-day financial planning and analysis, corporate development and investment opportunities. Eli Ofer serves also as Chief Operating Officer of TTI, responsible for worldwide project delivery and day to day operation of the company.
Prior to joining TTI Telecom in 1996, Mr. Ofer served as CFO for TAT technologies, a group of high-technology companies manufacturing aircraft equipment for the Israeli Air Force and commercial markets.
He played an instrumental role in leading the company through a period of accelerated growth, completing the company�s public share financings as the company went public on the Tel Aviv and New York Stock Exchanges. |
