Itzik Zion serves as Executive Vice President and CFO of ECI, a position he has held since June 2007. He brings to ECI more than 15 years experience in management, finance and accounting. Prior to ECI, he was CFO of Motorola Israel, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Inc., one of the world�s leading telecommunications companies. Before Motorola, Mr. Zion held the position of Vice President and CFO of The Challenge Funds Etgar L.P., managing funds totaling $200 million. Previous to The Challenge Funds, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Super-Sol Ltd., one of the largest retail companies in Israel. Mr. Zion has also served as CFO of new Dimension Software, helping to manage the company�s major turnaround, until it was acquired by BMC Software in 1999. Mr. Zion is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University. |
