Mr. Tzikandelov has over 20 years of software development, project and people management experience in the technology industry. He joined ESP as Vice President of Development in 2000, and currently leads the engineering team in the areas of product development, database and system administration. Prior to joining ESP, Mr. Tzikandelov served as Director of Software Engineering at Kanisa, Inc., where he led the development of Kanisa's knowledge management and information retrieval product. He was also instrumental in establishing hiring, training, development and educational processes within the company, and played a critical role in the definition and architecture of the company's foundational technology. |
