With a successful business career spanning over 30 years Gardner brings to Amedia proven expertise in the areas of domestic and international operations corporate finance and business planning and strategy. Prior to joining Amedia he held the CFO responsibilities at Cingular Interactive / BellSouth Wireless Data BellSouth Mobile Data and RAM/BSE Communications. He also held other senior executive positions at both BellSouth and AT&T including his leadership role related to BellSouth's financing efforts totaling over $1B of debt and equity. At BellSouth Wireless Data he led the Company through a period of explosive growth that saw subscribers double to over 500 000 in one year. His most recent positions were COO of a digital / internet photo service and CEO of a wireless point-of-sales start-up in New Jersey . |
