J.H. Son is the representative director of iSuppli Korea. He is responsible for the research for semiconductors, displays, systems and components.
Prior to joining iSuppli Korea, J.H. worked as a Vice President and Director of Dataquest/Gartner�s Asia/Pacific Semiconductor Group, and Representative Director of Dataquest Korea. In this role, he defined research topics and drove the development and consistency of the Asia/Pacific Semiconductor Group research methodology.
J.H. also worked for LG Semicon as General Manager in the Corporate Planning and in the International Sales and Marketing. His early assignments included Project Manager supervising corporate business planning and international projects such as alliances, joint development, technology transfer, etc. He was one of the starting members of LG Semicon. From 1975 to 1979, he worked as a semiconductor researcher in the Central Research Laboratory of LG Electronics Inc. |
