J.T. is responsible for Fuscoe Engineering�s main effort in eco-adaptive design through his oversight of our Watershed Division. J.T. delivers innovation solutions, with a bold, creative style developed from a love of teaching and learning. An avid golfer and hiker, J.T.�s passion for the outdoors is evident in his choice of a career that includes extensive experience in water quality, wetland restoration, flood control, and urban runoff management. In addition to the creation and restoration of wetland areas and creeks, recent projects include the development of water quality treatment and flood control solutions using natural systems throughout Southern California. A respected scholar in the fields of hydrology, hydraulics, coastal engineering, and groundwater dynamics, J.T. is one of a few dozen hydrologists in the country with Ph.D.-level expertise balanced by land development know-how. J.T. communicates his knowledge and enthusiasm to students at California State University, Fullerton and Irvine Institute of Technology as a professor and researcher. |
