BACKGROUND: Jack was born August 13, 1953 in Miami, Florida. He moved with his family to Satellite Beach, Florida in 1958 where he graduated from Satellite High School in 1971. He attended both undergraduate and law school at the University of Florida. Upon graduating in 1977, Jack joined the firm of Wolfe and Kirschenbaum in Cocoa Beach, Florida, which was founded by Jack's brother, Malcolm. In 1987, Jack became a principal in the firm which later merged with GrayRobinson in 1989. Jack is married and has three children. EXPERIENCE: Jack has spent his entire professional career practicing the art of being a trial lawyer with extensive experience and expertise in the preparation and trial of condemnation, commercial, contract, media law, family practice and personal injury cases. In addition, Jack has an entertainment and sports law practice representing actors, comedians, musicians and surfers. Jack has become a specialist in first amendment law and currently represents both a regional newspaper and the news division of a local television station. He also represents clients before governmental agencies in zoning, planning and other land development matters.
