With extensive experience in corporate planning, capital structure, and systems functions as well as merger, acquisition integration, and IPOs, Jack Pacheco has been SMART's chief financial officer since 2004. In addition to his financial responsibilities, he oversees information technology, human resources, and legal activities for the company.
Previous to this position at SMART, Jack served as CFO for Ignis Optics, Inc. Before that, he held the position of corporate controller and vice president finance at SMART where he worked to build a strong finance and systems organization that helped SMART grow into an industry-leading company. He holds an MBA from Golden Gate University (San Francisco, CA) and a BS in Business Administration from Washington State University (Pullman, WA). |
