Mr. Sprawls is a Partner of CF & Co., L.L.P, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants. He has thirty five years public accounting and audit experience in manufacturing, not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans audits, retailing, construction, real estate and securities industries. Jack earned his BBA with honors in 1970 from Texas Tech University and his MS in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 1971. He joined the firm in 1972, after working for an international firm. Jack is active in church and community affairs and is serving as the 2004-2005 President of the Dallas North Rotary Club. He is also a member of the AICPA, TSCPA, Dallas Chapter of the TSCPA and CPAmerica International. Mr. Sprawls is qualified as a team captain for peer review programs with the AICPA and TSCPA. |
