Jack Calhoun is President of Banana Republic, a division of Gap Inc.
In overseeing all aspects of Banana Republic, Calhoun supports more than 500 stores in North America and 21 in Japan.
Before taking on the role of President, Calhoun was EVP of Merchandising and Marketing at Banana Republic. Along with his responsibilities for all aspects of merchandising and marketing, he was instrumental in developing the brand's growth strategies and he successfully led growth initiatives including handbags and personal care.
Calhoun joined Gap Inc. in 2003, coming from Charles Schwab & Co., where he was executive vice president of brand management and advertising. Prior to that, he spent six years leading teams at Foote, Cone & Belding; Citron Haligman Bedecarre, and Young & Rubicam, where he served as General Manager of the San Francisco office. He also held marketing positions at Levi Strauss & Company and The Procter & Gamble Company.
Calhoun received a B.S. from Purdue University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
