Jack has over 30 years professional executive sales and marketing management experience in financial services related industries.

Prior to joining Harris & Associates/IIC Partners, he spent 20 years in senior marketing and sales management leadership roles for subsidiaries of Citigroup, leading teams of up to 100 people. Jack's disciplined approach, industry knowledge, and track record building strong management teams, allowed him to successfully cultivate and nurture relationships on behalf of both for profit and not for profit organizations.

Earlier in his career Jack had the responsibility for developing new/additional markets for his employers including the recruitment and training of sales, management, and support staff. Jack's understanding of business markets and strategic challenges allowed him to build ''best in class'' management teams creating competitive advantage for previous employers such as E.F. Hutton and The Hartford.

Jack's professional accreditations include Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Senior Advisor, NASD Registered Principal, Series 7, 24, 26, life-health and variable annuity licenses.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from American International College in Springfield Massachusetts. He and his wife Sherry have two adult children and have lived in Dublin, Ohio for twenty years. Jack has been a leader in both his business and community life. He is an active member of the Dublin AM Rotary club and is past President of both the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and the Dublin Fund.
