Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University Executive Program for General Officers of the Russian Federation and the United States. He was a leader in the development and implementation of a multifaceted and highly successful approach to drug interdiction. He concurrently served as the supervisor of the Special Response Team, dealing with high risk/high profile situations advancing the unit to one of the most respected in the nation.He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indian State University and a Master of Science in Criminology from Indiana State University, in addition to a second Master of Urban Administration Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
