Mr. Hodge currently owns JWH Strategic Investments, LLC, an investment banking firm located in Gainesville, Georgia. From 2000 to February 2002, Mr. Hodge served as a partner with Genesis Investment Partners, an Atlanta-based investment group investing in early stage companies located primarily in Atlanta, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Hodge was a partner at Liberty Street Capital, an investment-banking firm providing a variety of services to emerging private companies with offices in Nashville, Los Angeles, Houston, and the Atlanta area. Mr. Hodge has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2002. |
