Jack Huggins Director Huggins founder and president of TJ3 Inc. a business development consulting firm that focuses on the ethanol industry has been a director since January 2003. He has 25 years� experience with Corn Products International Inc. and Diversified CPC International in a variety of management positions including vice president of finance vice president of business management and planning and vice president and executive assistant to the president within the Corn Products Division. In 1985 Huggins moved to Pekin Energy Co. a producer and marketer of ethanol in the U.S. He became its president and chief executive officer in 1990. Huggins became president of Williams Ethanol president of Nebraska Energy L.L.C. and vice president of Williams Energy in 1995 when the Williams Cos. Inc. purchased Pekin Energy Co.
Huggins was Chair of the Renewable Fuels Association from 1992 to 1995 and has served on the Illinois Water Resources and Land Use Priorities Task Force and the Federal Fleet Conversion Task Force. He presently serves on several boards of directors including Heartland Water Resource Council Excel Foundry and Machine Inc. and is a member of the External Advisory Committee to the Agricultural Economic department at the University of Illinois. |
