Jack Taylor joined Veritas as Senior Geophysicist, Team Lead in September of 2005. He is responsible for pore pressure prediction, AVO analysis and seismic inversion services.
Prior to joining Veritas, Jack held a variety of positions in software technology and seismic reservoir services with Paradigm Geophysical Corp. His experience includes seismic rock property modeling and AVO analysis, seismic inversion, velocity analysis and pore pressure prediction.
Geographic areas worked include the west coast of Africa, Latin America (Venezuela and Mexico), Gulf of Mexico shelf, deepwater Gulf of Mexico, the Texas coastal plain, Permian Basin of west Texas, US Rocky Mountains and the Canadian foothills.
Jack received his BS in Geology from Oxford Brookes University in July 1987. |
