Jack is an Executive Vice President and Principal at Cornish & Carey Commercial, as well as the Manager of the Palo Alto office. With 24 years of commercial real estate experience at Cornish & Carey Commercial, he specializes in office, R&D property leasing and sales in the South San Mateo/Santa Clara County areas. In 1999, Jack was named to the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers' prestigious Hall of Fame. The award honors his career accomplishments and recognizes him as truly one of the top commercial real estate professionals in the area Prior to becoming a Principal, Jack was a Top Ten performer for twelve consecutive years. This is quite an accomplishment considering that Cornish & Carey Commercial is the largest regional brokerage firm in the area with over 180 agents in nine offices. Jack Troedson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing in 1979 from San Diego State University. He is married, has four daughters and resides in Portola Valley. In addition to coaching numerous youth sports teams, he has previously served on various school boards in the area. |
