Mr. Van Berkel oversees the Human Resources Division for CB Richard Ellis. His role encompasses the strategic direction of the Human Resources initiatives. They include Benefits, Compensation, Diversity, Employee Relations, Employment, Payroll, Staffing and Training.
Mr. Van Berkel comes to CBRE with 20 years experience in international Human Resources Management, including extensive experience in compensation design, mergers and acquisitions, and human capital development. His most recent background includes five years as the Senior Vice President of HR at Western Digital Corporation and two years as Senior Vice President of HR at Gateway, Inc. |
