Mr. Williams graduated from San Diego State University in 1974 with a B.S. in accounting. Following that, he has been employed in the field of accounting in a variety of industries, including agriculture, construction, heavy equipment sales, and manufacturing. He was employed as a financial analyst by Texaco Oil Corporation in the Bakersfield area from 1997 until 1999, and as Chief Financial Officer for Goodwill Industries of South- Central California from March 2000 to November 2004. Mr. Williams is currently employed as Controller for Diversified Utilities Services, a position he has held since April 2005. He established his own C.P.A. practice in 1983, which he continues to own and operate. Mr. Williams has been a member of the Board since January 1995, and is currently serving a ninth year as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President - Finance.
