Dr. Jacqueline Graham is the Managing Director of PQ Systems Pty Ltd, Australia and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a qualified Chemical Engineer and holds a doctorate in Statistics and Quality Management from the University of Salford, England. For nearly 10 years Dr. Graham worked as an aid to Dr. W. Edwards Deming, assisting with conferences as well as consulting at board level to major companies in the USA, Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom. For 5 years Dr. Graham worked for General Motors in the United Kingdom and Europe where she was responsible for supplier quality assurance. Dr. Graham is a Quality Statistician, a leader in the field of statistical process control and its application to quality improvement in businesses of all kinds. She possesses a rare blend of academic excellence and a practical knowledge of the real world, an invaluable asset when teaching and working with quality professionals to bring about change and continuous improvement. Dr. Graham works with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from board members and company directors to machine operators and shop floor staff. The nature of her work requires a diverse adaptability to all kinds of industries and personnel. Customers range from service industry clientele such as Credit Unions and Funeral Directors, to Automotive Manufacturers, Cement Producers, Paper Manufacturers, Coal Mines, and Public Transport.
