The 2006 season will be Jacob's second with the USBL as the Director of Public Relations. Jacob has had previous experiences within the collegiate athletic scene within Marketing and Promotions at his alma mater Southern Illinois University. Gordon was also the Assistant Director of Operations and Promotions for the Hartford FoxForce World Team Tennis� 2004 Eastern Conference Champion.
As the Director of Public Relations Jacob will contribute towards the league's marketing efforts while handling the League�s press releases compiling stats and facilitating the flow of League information to media outlets NBA teams players and agents. He will also be responsible for overseeing the USBL website.
Additionally Gordon will aid in the design and operation of the USBL Post-Season Festival alongside Ed Krinsky and Lynn Casa. This three-day event crowns the season�s champion while showcasing the USBL and its players.
Jacob 26 lives in Seymour CT. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University earning a B.S. in Business Administration and is currently finishing his M.B.A. at the University of New Haven. |
