Jacqueline W. Cowden - Incorporator / Director - Jacqueline W. Cowden is an incorporator of CedarStone Bank, and a member of the Board of Directors. Ms. Cowden has been a business leader in the Wilson County Community since joining her family's business in April, 1987. After graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1977, Ms. Cowden joined the management team of Cain Sloan Company, where she moved up the ranks to general manager, and left when the company was sold in 1987. She currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of Custom Packaging Company, a manufacturing business in Lebanon, Tennessee. Ms. Cowden is active in not-for-profit activities in the community, having chaired several boards and committees. She continues to be a leading fundraiser for many agencies, she chairs the United Way of Wilson County Alexis de Tocqueville Society, and is a member of the board of directors, United Way of Wilson County. Ms. Cowden has been commended for her leadership, having the "Industrialist of the Year" Award (1996) and the "Distinguished Alumnus" Award (Cumberland University, 2001) bestowed upon her. Ms. Cowden earned a BA from Vanderbilt University in 1977 and a MS from Cumberland University in 1995. |
