Prior to joining Buchanan, Jackie was vice president and corporate and securities counsel for two metropolitan New York financial institutions, where she was responsible for major corporate transactions, including public and private offerings of securities, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and oversight of 1934 Act reporting, and mergers and acquisitions involving the institutions as both acquiror and acquiree.
Jackie has also served as capital markets associate counsel for the New York State Banking Department, where she provided advice on a variety of legal issues affecting New York state financial institutions, and as a corporate associate for a New York-based law firm. |
