Dr. Belair is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynocologist at Pine Tree Women's Care. Dr. Belair graduated from Sherbrooke University, Quebec, Canada, and completed his residency at McGill University's Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program in 1983. He has more than 20 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
