Jacqui Graham is a senior associate in Milbank's London office and a member of the Firm's Capital Markets Group. Jacqui's practice areas comprises international debt capital markets (in particular, MTN programmes, convertible/exchangeable bond issues, high-yield), securitisation and structured finance transactions. She has considerable experience in financings (both bilateral and syndicated), intercreditor and structural subordination arrangements and debt restructurings both in Europe and Asia. Jacqui has also worked on Islamic financings (mainly involving Morabaha structures).
Her structured finance experience includes advising financiers, originators, trustees and rating agencies on asset-backed securitisation (mainly involving auto loans, consumer loans and trade receivables) and mortgage-backed securitisation (both CMBS and RMBS transactions) primarily based in Europe. She has also acted for arrangers and underwriters on-balance sheet and arbitrage CLO/CBO/CDO transactions.
Her project finance experience includes advising both financiers (including multi-lateral and export credit agencies) and sponsors on major power and infrastructure projects in China and South-East Asia.
Jacqui is qualified to practise law in England & Wales, New York and Hong Kong.
She is a member of the New York Bar, the Law Society in England & Wales, the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (as non-practising barrister of England & Wales). She holds an LLB from King's College, and attended the College of Law, in London. |
