Jacquie Manternach began her employment with Dubuque Bank and Trust in 1978. Jacquie is currently Vice President, Finance at Heartland Financial USA, Inc., an appointment she received in 1994, and in 1999 was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance at Dubuque Bank and Trust. Primarily Jacquie is responsible for the development and management of the accounting function for the holding company and its subsidiaries. Jacquie also served in the following capacities during her career path at DB&T: VP, Finance, 1994-1999; VP and Assistant Comptroller, 1992-1994; Assistant Comptroller, 1990-1992; Auditor, 1986-1990; Assistant Auditor, 1980-1986; Audit Clerk, 1979-1980; and Commercial Teller 1978-1979. Jacquie is a 1992 graduate of Loras College, where she earned her bachelors degree in Accounting. She also earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in 1993 and Certified Bank Auditor (CBA) certification in 1987. |
