Dr. Jae-Joon Choi has been the VP and General Manager of Celsia Korea since March 2005. Dr. Choi joined Celsia in July 2001 as Director of R&D. In this capacity he was instrumental in defining the company's technology and developing the company's patent portfolio. Dr. Choi was also responsible for designing the company's pilot plant which was inaugurated in August 2005 in Seoul. From 1998 to 2001 Dr. Choi was senior member of research and development at Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology. Dr. Choi was involved at a national sponsored project Next Generation Data Storage System where he continued building his knowledge in the field of nano structure sciences. From 1993 to 1998 Dr. Choi studied at the Tohoku University of Japan. From Tohoku University Dr. Choi received his Master and Ph.D. in the science of Micro Electro Mechanical Systems. |
