Jaime has been with Boyden from 1983 through 1986. Jaime returned to Boyden in 1995 after working for two other international search firms and founding his own company.
He became a partner in his local Boyden office, and a shareholder of Boyden World Corporation, the Licensor of Boyden offices, in June 1996. In March 2003, he was elected European Regional Director of Boyden World Corporation. His consulting practice focuses on top-level recruiting mainly within both the FMCG and Financial Services industries.
Prior to joining Boyden, he worked for Baxter in Valencia and Brussels as European Manager of New Products development. Back to Spain (Madrid) he became the CEO of Nefrotecnica, a Baxter's owned subsidiary specialised in the development of private dialysis centers in Europe. Earlier, he held different management positions in both the financial and vehicle distribution departments of Ford Motor Company, Spain. He was part of the management team that started up the new Ford's manufacturing plant nearby Valencia.
Jaime has an MBA from Insead (Fontainebleau, France)and a BA degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Madrid.
Apart from Spanish, he is fluent in English, French and Italian. He is married to Ingrid, a Belgian citizen and they have two daughters.
