Mr. Jain's practice focuses on:
Choice, organization and governance of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and non-profit corporations,
Mergers and acquisitions of business entities and divisions;
Securities offerings and transactions, and compliance with securities laws; and
Business contracts for domestic and cross border transactions, including outsourcing, development and licensing of intellectual properties, employment, manufacturing and distribution, derivative and asset-based lending, leasing and conveyance of commercial real estate, international trade and trade financing.
Mr. Jain represents small and big domestic and international clients, particularly clients in India on matters involving U.S. laws and clients in the U.S. on matters involving India.
Mr. Jain has frequently addressed lawyers and business executives at workshops and conferences. He periodically comments on laws and happenings in India for the New York City Bar. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a trustee of International Mahavira Jain Mission and a member of the Licensing Executives Society.

Post-Graduate Diploma in International Trade, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (with gold medal), 1986; New Delhi; Bachelor of Laws, Delhi University, 1993; Master of Laws, Fordham University, 2000. Admitted to the bar in the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of International Trade. Also admitted to the bar at Delhi, India.
