Mr. Bogan served as Vice President of Matrix Service Industrial Contractors, Inc. from April 2003 to May 2005. Prior to the Company�s acquisition of the Hake Group of Companies, Mr. Bogan served as Vice President of Hake from September 1980 until April 2003.
