Mr. Edmiston was elected President and Chief Executive Officer on October 1 2005. He joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer on September 1 2004. Prior to joining Harvest Mr. Edmiston was with Conoco and ConocoPhillips for 22 years in various management positions including President Dubai Petroleum Company (2002-2004) a ConocoPhillips affiliate company in the United Arab Emirates and General Manager Petrozuata C.A. in Puerto La Cruz Venezuela (1999-2001). Prior to 1999 Mr. Edmiston also served as Vice President and General Manager of Conoco Russia and then as Asset Manager of Conoco's South Texas Lobo Trend gas operations. Mr. Edmiston earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Mr. Edmiston is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. |
