James A. McDivitt was Senior Vice President, Government Operations and International, of Rockwell International Corporation until his retirement in March 1995. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a brigadier general and served as an astronaut at NASA, where he established six world records for space flight. He currently serves as the Lead Director for the Company's Board and is a member of the board of Silicon Graphics Federal, Inc., a wholly owned SGI subsidiary. Mr. McDivitt joined the SGI board in 1987. |
